お申し込み後に工房からお届けするスタートキットを使います。スタートキットに含まれているアルバムにエコー写真をセットし、同梱のクッション封筒に入れて、お近くの郵便ポストに投函してください。クッション封筒には、追跡機能がついた送り状が貼られているので、大切なエコー写真の現在地をいつでもお問い合わせいただけます。

You will receive a starter kit after applying for our service. The kit includes an album to put photos in and a cushion envelope to enclose the album. Then, you drop the envelope into a mailbox nearby. The cushion envelope has an invoice with a tracking service attached; therefore, you have an access to your treasure at all times.

エコー写真は、工房でスキャン後すぐにお返しいたします。工房にエコー写真が届いてから、10営業日程度で折り返し発送いたします。

The photos will be returned to you as soon as they are scanned at our office. They will be ready to be delivered back in about 10 business days after we receive the photos.

クレジットカード（VISA、Master、American Express、JCB、Diners）、コンビニ決済、翌月後払い、PayPal、銀行振込、キャリア決済、楽天ペイの中からお選びいただけます。コンビニ決済・キャリア決済は別途支払手数料220円（購入者負担）が発生いたします。

Yes. You can choose from: credit card (VISA, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners), at convenient stores, next month postpay, PayPal, bank transfer, carrier payment, Rakuten pay. ¥220 (borne by the customer) of payment fee will be charged separately.

エコー写真のサイズは、KGサイズ（102×152mm）以下のものであれば問題なくお引き受け可能です。それよりも大きなサイズについては、メールにてお問い合わせください。

We will accept anything under KG size (102x152mm). If they are bigger, please contact us by email.

可能です。お申し込み後、メールか郵送にてデータのやりとりを行います。工房で内容を確認後、データの破損などで使用できない場合、手数料（2,000円）を除いた金額を銀行振込にてお返しいたします。

Yes. After application, we will do an exchange in either email or mail. Then, we will check it at the office. If the data is unusable because of any breakage, we will make a refund excluding ¥1,000 of payment fee.

We will have to check the condition before making a decision. After application, we will check it at our office, and then send an email individually. If the photos are not in available condition, we will make a refund excluding ¥1,000 of payment fee.

オプションからお申し込みいただくことが可能です。お預かりしたエコー写真のスキャンデータを、高解像度のjpegデータとしてお渡しいたします。エコー写真の入ったアルバムのご返送と同時に、データを入れたDVDを提供させていただきます。

This can be selected from the option. We will convert the data of the photos into high resolution jpeg data. A DVD with the data in it will be delivered to you when we return the album with photos.
