First Portraitのポスター作りでは、お客さまが保管しているエコー写真を一度お預かりします。そのため、まずはエコー写真のやりとりを行うためのキットを、ご購入時にお書きいただいたご住所までお送りします。

In the course of poster making by First Portrait, we will look after your ultrasound photos once. Therefore, a kit to exchange the photos will be delivered to the address you wrote at the time of application.

スタートキットに封入されている、空のアルバムにエコー写真を一枚ずつ入れ、必要事項を規定の欄にご記入いただきます。そのアルバムを同梱のクッション封筒に入れ、お近くのポストに投函してください。

Place one picture in each empty space of the album that is enclosed in the starter kit. Fill out the necessary information in the assigned column. Put the album in the cushion envelope and drop it into a mailbox nearby.

エコー写真が工房に届いたら、クリエイターが1枚ずつ丁寧にデータ化します。お預かりしたエコー写真は10営業日程度で、お客様のもとへ返送します。その際、スタートキットに含まれていたアルバムに入れた状態でのご返却となります。データ化したエコー写真をDVD-Rに書き込んでお渡しすることも可能です（オプション）。

Once we receive the ultrasound photos, a creator will digitalize each photo with care. The photos will be returned with the album in about 10 business days after we receive the album. We can also hand you the digitalized photos in DVD-R (optional).

ポスターは、お客様のエコー写真のコンディションを見ながら、クリエイターが1枚1枚丁寧に仕上げます。ポスター発送は、エコー写真をポストに投函していただいてから、日本国内でおよそ4週間後になります。

Each poster will be created accordingly to the condition of every photo. Estimated time of poster being sent out from the office is about 4 weeks in domestic after you dropped the album into a mailbox.
