Q. How do I send the ultrasound photos?

We will ask you to upload the photos on the designated online form. After the registration, you will receive an invitation from us. The online survey form will appear by clicking on the link provided in the invitation. Please follow the written steps to upload photos and fill in the necessary information. The online survey form is created with Google Form, provided by Google.

Q. Can I send the ultrasound photos itself?

Considering the risk of the photos getting lost, we will communicate with those customers who live outside of Japan only online. The photos will be returned to you as soon as they are scanned at our office. They will be ready to be delivered back in about 10 business days after we receive the photos.

Q. Can I choose the payment method?

Yes, followings are the possible methods:
Payment by credit card can be done by VISA, Master, American Express.
PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay are also available.

Q. May I ask for a refund?

As a general rule, First Portrait is not accepting a refund at the convenience of customers. Please register after reading our homepage and precautions carefully.

Q. May I change the size of a poster(s)?

At First Portrait, we are not accepting the change of the poster size after application has been done. If you do not know the right size for your room, please contact us by email.

Q. Is there any regulation on the size of the photos?

We accept any sizes. However, if the scanned photos you sent us have low resolution or have major damage, there is a possibility that we will not be able to accept them. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the scanned data, please ask us by email in advance. Please refer to here for the data resolution.

Q. Can I use the data of ultrasound photos?

Only JPG data and TIFF data are acceptable. If you have any other type of data, please contact us by email in advance.

Q. Can I use the ultrasound video?

Images available for posters are still images only. Therefore, if you could capture any scenes from the video that you wish to use, you are able to use them. Please note that we will not be able to take charge of video data.

Q. How many photos can I fit in the poster?

The number of photos used in a poster depends on the design. Please check the precise product information before making a purchase.

Q. Can I use the damaged photos?

If the photos have any damages that stand out, we do our best to fix them as much as possible. However, there are damages that cannot be fixed, so if you have any concerns please contact us by email in advance. Please refer to here for the data resolution.

Q. Can I choose the size of a poster(s)?

Yes, you can choose out of 4 types: A1, A2, A3, A4.

Q. Which countries are available for international shipping?

We are able to make deliveries to only the countries and regions available in Express Mail Service (EMS). Please refer to the website of Japan Post Holdings for more information. https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/country/index.html (As of September, 2020)
